Meet your Founder,

Angela Ippolito-Cottam

How often are you left feeling like you are oscillating between exhaustion, struggling to maintain a work-life balance, and feeling like you always have to “keep it together” for the grieving families you support daily?

I felt the same exact way. I was feeling the constant exhaustion, stress, compassion fatigue, and downright frustration 24/7. I was living to survive each day, and my soul and spirit felt so bound up.

Me being the seeker that I am, I went looking for more. However, to my surprise, the more wasn’t in people, places or things. I found it in me! It had been there all along. I didn’t understand that until recently, and it has been life-changing. The more that I was seeking was more ease, more flow, more peace, and more love.

That’s what I’m here to share with the world, especially women in the funeral industry who often lack support as caregivers. You too deserve to feel good, feel safe, and prioritize taking care of yourself, your wants, and your needs.

“Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts. Whenever your mind becomes scattered, use your breath as the means to take hold of your mind again.”

- Thich Nhat Hanh, The Miracle of Mindfulness
